FAQ

Can you connect directly to the police?

Direct police dispatch requires a Unique Reference Number (URN), which is granted alongside formal monitoring accreditation. We'll confirm our URN status here once it's in place — until then, confirmed incidents are escalated to keyholders and, where appropriate, the police non-emergency or 999 line.

Can you monitor systems you didn't install?

Yes — we connect third-party CCTV, alarm and access control systems to our monitoring station, subject to an initial condition check.

What happens if a connection drops?

Every client has a defined transmission and recovery plan agreed before go-live.

Built on encrypted, professional infrastructure.

Video transmission uses industry-standard encryption, and operators hold the relevant SIA CCTV licences required to work in a monitoring environment. We're working towards independent accreditation of the monitoring facility itself.
