Modern Slavery Statement

Last updated: 22 September 2026

This page is a working draft prepared for Bordon Security Ltd and should be reviewed by a qualified UK solicitor before it is relied upon or published as final.

This statement is published voluntarily by Bordon Security Ltd (company number 17115852, registered office London, England). Under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, only commercial organisations above a specified annual turnover threshold are legally required to publish a statement. Bordon Security Ltd does not currently meet that threshold, but we believe it is good practice to set out our position clearly.

Our organisation

Bordon Security Ltd is a newly established UK security guarding company. We are a small organisation, and our supply chain currently consists mainly of the recruitment and deployment of our own security personnel within the UK.

Our commitment

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings, and to implementing effective systems and controls to guard against modern slavery and human trafficking taking place within our business or our supply chain.

Recruitment and employment practices

We carry out right-to-work checks on all personnel before deployment, in line with UK employment law, and we are committed to fair recruitment practices and lawful working conditions for everyone we engage.

Ongoing review

As Bordon Security grows, we intend to review and develop our policies and due diligence processes relating to modern slavery, including within any wider supply chain we develop.

Status of this statement

This statement is a draft prepared for internal and external transparency and has not yet been formally approved by the board or reviewed by external legal counsel. It will be reviewed and, where appropriate, formally approved and dated as the company's governance arrangements develop.
